About Us

Genesis Medical Group. LLC is dedicated to two areas of patient care: Orthotics and Prosthetics and Compression Pump Therapy for patients with lymphedema and /or arterial/venous insufficiencies.

Our full service Orthotics and Prosthetics practice has a 20 year history of serving our patients needs. Our certified clinicians have over 100 years of combined experience in providing for our patients with specialty orthopedic needs. Our mission is to help amputees and individuals with musculoskeletal disabilities, diabetes and injuries improve their quality of life and regain their self-confidence. From artificial limbs and braces to compression garments and diabetic footwear, we offer a complete range of products and services to help patients regain their independence and quality of life.

Our Compression Pump Therapy practice is engaged in providing specialty pumps and garments to patients who require assistance with the removal of excess fluid from the body (lymphedema)or whose vascular system needs a boost in getting blood to or from the extremities. These are critical needs for the patient’s well being and comfort, and can aid in healing wounds and preventing limb loss due to critical limb ischemia (CLI).

We serve Oregon and SW Washington from 6 locations between Longview, WA, to the north and Salem, OR, to the south. We also serve much of Central Oregon from our Bend office. We have Compression Pump Therapy associates in Washington, Idaho, Utah and Nevada.

We accept most insurance plans including Medicare, Medicaid, Providence Health Plans and Kaiser, and we proudly serve America’s Veterans through our longstanding relationship with the Veteran’s Administration. Our staff can answer all questions concerning your health benefits and help you determine your coverage level for needed services. This information is just a phone call away.

What our patients say about us

"The unloader brace that you fitted with three years ago has been more than I ever expected.  It has enabled me to continue hiking in the Columbia Gorge without problem.  Twelve mile hikes are no problem with the brace, but without it, I would not attempt half that amount.  Thanks for all of the courtesy and expertise you have extended to me over the past three years.  You have me a client for life."
-- Bob M.

“I really enjoy the newfound confidence that comes with my knee brace. I feel more steady and supported while being active, as well as a sense of enhanced strength and security when dealing with previously joint-straining motions like walking up-and-down steep stairs. I no longer find myself bracing for the frequent tinge of pain that would often accompany the movement. Karen and the people at Genesis were very kind, reassuring and courteous. I’m glad I got over the stigma of what having a knee brace at my age means.”
